We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance with flexibility for you to select what works best for you.  Eligible teammates will also receive paid time off, opportunity to participate in 401k, company paid life insurance and access to a robust Employee Assistance Program.HOW YOU'LL WORK: You'll perform personal care including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, skin care, toileting, and oral hygiene.  You will effectively communicate and document any changes in patient conditions to the registered nurse or supervisor and maintain positive relationships with your patient and team.  You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the home health aide scope of practice as outlined by the state for its HHA personnel.MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: <ul><li>Patient Care: Assist patients as needed with lifting and transferring </li><li>Communication: Maintain good relationships with the patient, the patient’s family, and staff.
