Description
Aurora South Region Dialysis Department is seeking an experienced RN to join their team of nursing excellence.
This is a department that performs hemodialysis services at bed side or in the dialysis room to patients at multiple Aurora hospitals. This is a great mix between bedside and procedural nursing for nurses seeking to grow their skills, knowledge and scope of practice.
1 yr RN experience required, dialysis experience preferred$10, 000 sign on bonusNEW - Loan forgiveness up to $20, 000$8/hr differential float
$5/hr differential nights
Mileage between sites is compensated
Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
