Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel -PT OutpatientShift: Variable / Mon & Wed 7:30a-5p, Tues &Thurs 7:30a-4:30p, Fri 7:30a-11:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- PT license - this is part of the compact privilege states
- 2 yrs experience
- BLS
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Orthopedics experience
- Preferred: Pediatric hospital experience
- Charting: Epic
- First-timers accepted: Yes
- Radius 60 miles.
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
