Length: 8 Weeks
Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends per 6-week scheduleOn call overnight & weekend; Approx 1-2 days per week, 1-2 weekends per 6-week schedule
Requirements:

• AZ license
• 1 year of experience
• BLS
• ARRT required
• Impella/IABP, Fuji Synapse PACS, Rota/Shockwave, IVUS/OCT, Cardiac Stent Placement, PACS, Cardiac Ablation, Angioplasty, Mesenteric Angiogram, Fluoroscopy, Contrast required experience
• Power Injector and structural heart experience preferred, GE Innova IGS, Siemens, EPIC, C-Arm, Teaching Hospital preferred experience
