Small hospital. Easy job.

Leadership is wholly lacking on night shift. There is an "eye in the sky" camera in every patient room that is used more to get people fired/punitive action than to promote patient care. You're walking into an episode of "Big Brother" that being monitored by remote "clinicians" in Missouri that have no idea whats happening in the situation.
Toxic OR environment. Bullying and favoritism is the way of life there and if you say anything you become a target.

I’ve done several contracts here and I have no complaints. The patient load is tolerable in all the critical care units and when I was floated, I took no more than 3. I’d definitely return again.
