Pragmatic
Busy but good coping mechanisms. They had a lot of really neat features that made life a lot easier and just made sense. 1:5, MS/T ICU right on the unit for easy transitions. Fantastic charge nurses. Large (huge) rooms. Locked closets that can be accessed from in and out of the room. Use Vocera.
