Sub Investigator Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Research (Part-Time)

We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work with our clinical research team in Fort Worth, TX on a part-time basis. * Outstanding opportunity for an experienced provider to work with a high quality clinical research team in various trials - our team is currently working on a trial related to cardiovascular health and wellness * Part-time schedule including 3 days/week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) in our Fort Worth office location * Perform and oversee study-related activities, including physical examinations, health education, consultations, tests and assessments * Support Clinical Research Coordinators with completion of study-related tasks, as needed * Complete accurate and timely documentation of study activities * Be available to answer or address clinical questions Qualifications: * 1+ years of primary care and clinical research experience required, no new grads considered * Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills while following HIPAA rules and regulations * Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively with other clinicians and researchers * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills About Fort Worth, TX: * Fort Worth is comprised of eight primary entertainment districts each offering distinct dining, shopping, entertainment and cultural amenities * With almost one million residents, Fort Worth ranked the 16th largest and one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S. * Part of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, a region that offers smaller communities full of charm, eclectic downtown districts, urban communities with big-city amenities, and everything in between. * This community is situated near multiple distinguished institutions, including University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Southern Methodist, Texas Christian and North Texas at Dallas Universities. * The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex offers residents access to several nationally recognized entertainment attractions including Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, the West End Marketplace, the Texas Rangers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas Stars, the Fort Worth Zoo and the Fort Worth Stockyards.
