D/N Rotation - 36 or 48hrs/week |Our unit has 18 beds: 4 PICU, 3 Step Down and 11 pedi med/surg. When PICU has no patients you would take care of pediatric floor level med/surg patients or possibly float to ICN. Travel RN’s often come here and may take care of very few critical care patients due to fluctuations in census. Our levels are: (med/surg floor level), level 2 (Q2h interventions, bi pap) and level 3 (critical care).
