Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

IL License
2 years of Cath Lab and IR experience
ARRT
IEMA
BLS

Other Details:

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
Within 75 miles of the facility
Locals accepted

ARRT, IEMA, BLS, cath and and IR exp . Familiarity with Siemens equipment. On call rotating with existing staff including one weekend per month. may included the following duties. Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab
