Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Remote Nurse Practitioner in Portland, Oregon for a 13-week assignment with a partnering clinic. Clinic Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
- $55-$65 an hour
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Remote Nurse Practitioner
- Seeking a Nurse Practitioner in a Tele Health position for General Practice.
- Come join an innovated Tele Health organization providing care for patients
- Minimum 10 hours a week, Evening and Nights shifts available with last visit ending by 10pm.

Requirements:
- Licensed as a nurse practitioner
- 1+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner
- Multiple state licenses required.
- Preferred licensed states: California, New York, District of Columbia and Oregon, will assist with additional licensing.
- Outstanding clinical expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
