Pros
Traveler friendly, safe patient ratios, traveler manager was super nice and very helpful with any concerns/issues that ever came up.
Cons
Floating down to the ED to do ED holds. Absolute nightmare. Only happened once, though.

I’ve done several contracts here and I have no complaints. The patient load is tolerable in all the critical care units and when I was floated, I took no more than 3. I’d definitely return again.
