Our new state-of-the-art facility at Focal Point Community Campus underscores our dedication to top-tier healthcare. Position Overview: Location: Main hospital and multiple outpatient clinics. Schedule: Flexible days and hours. Patient Care: One-on-one, full 1-hour sessions with no overlap. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct treatment and adjust plans based on patient response. Educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions. Consult with physicians on patient progress. Maintain accurate medical and departmental records. Participate in patient care conferences and departmental meetings. Collaborate with professional staff and patient#s support systems. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy Illinois PT license CPR Certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Excellent communication skills Full COVID-19 vaccination status Why Saint Anthony Hospital?
