HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Vascular Sonographer to fill an opening with a hospital in Henderson, NC.
Daily Responsibilities for Vascular Sonographer:
- Manages daily clinical operations and conducts various technical procedures, including but not limited to peripheral vascular, venous reflux, and carotid ultrasounds.
- Inputs exam data into the CPACs system, verifies the completeness of exams, and prepares them for interpretation.
Required Qualifications for Vascular Sonographer:
- High school graduate or GED equivalency
- Successful completion of a CAAHEP approved school of ultrasound or cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience
- Current certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or certification within one year of hire date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained through the American Heart Association
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision
