The manager of WCC is fantastic. The nurses are friendly. The unit is L&D, LDRP, Peds, PostPartum, triage, newborns and some NICU with kids that need to be transported. They need more equipment and support for sick babies from a NICU perspective, they try to transport out babies that need more support, but sometimes the weather can prevent transports. The town is friendly and small. The cost of housing jumps up in the summer and is hard to find in the summer. Hotels increase their prices during events and storms as high as $500 a night. And rentals may not be available during graduation, holidays and rodeos. Over all I like it and renewed multiple times.

Pros
Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
Cons
Can’t think of one
