What you can expect from this role
- A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with rotating weekends
- Freedom to work independently and schedule appointments around your patients' needs, with the understanding that patient care remains the top priority and communication with leadership is maintained
- Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their well-being.
Qualifications
Education
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
Experience
- 2 years' experience
Certifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
