Imaging Technologist - Mammography - Full Time - Days

Find out how you can Make It Possible: In this role, the Mammo Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of Mammo procedures. You'll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients/visitors/staff & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards. This is a full time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Preferred Criteria: * ARRT Advanced modality - Mammo * Prior experience working in a hospital setting Required Criteria: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology * N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License * American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification * Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
