The Float Pool provides an opportunity for nurses to gain exposure to a broader scope of patient care while working throughout our highly specialized inpatient environment, including critical care. Key Qualifications: * BSN or actively matriculating in a BSN Program * Current New York State RN License/Registration * A minimum of 1.5 years of Clinical RN experience in an acute care setting required * BCLS and ACLS Certification * Oncology experience preferred Core Skills: * Committed and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. * Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. * Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged, using both formal and informal development * Approachable and comfortable with diverse groups of people and able to make others comfortable with you. * Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Additional Information: * Location: 1275 York Avenue, NY, NY 10065 * Schedule: Full-time 12 hour shifts 7PM-7:30AM with weekend and holiday rotation Pay Range: $121,300.00 - $145,450.00.
