School Nurse - Leave Replacement 24-25 school year

ANTICIPATED School Nurse 2024-2025 School Year Description: Fort Lee Public School is seeking a Leave Replacement School Nurse Starting: September 2024 - June 2025 Qualifications: * Must hold a NJ DOE School Nurse Certification or be able to obtain Emergency School Nurse Certification * Must hold CPR-AED Certification * Experience working with elementary aged children Grades PK-4 * Pediatric experience with chronic and acute illnesses, preferred * Ability to respond quickly and calmly using critical thinking and assessment skills. * Ability to respond during evacuation situations. * Ability to triage effectively. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team. * Availability for school trips and summer work, preferred. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Working Conditions: Full Time, 10 month position, with benefits Position Start Date: September 1, 2024 Application Procedure: All interested candidates must apply online. However, if you begin your office, position or employment on September 1, 2011 or later, you must reside in New Jersey. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date you take your office, position or employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey. If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment.
