Job Description Job Duties / Responsibilities? * * Planning and providing nursing care, including pain management. * Taking and recording vital signs * Recording treatments and lab results * Documenting patient information and following physicians' orders * Continually assessing and addressing enrollee needs and impact on HEDIS * Developing, updating and coordinating the patient's plan of care to achieve patient goals * Providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc. At least 1 years' experience- Required.
